By using NotaryHub, you agree to these terms and any posted updates.
2. Services
NotaryHub provides remote document verification and attestations through a secure online system.
3. Information Products
We offer educational materials and training resources related to digital notarization procedures.
4. Goods
Physical items such as seal kits and certified stationery are available for purchase.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Digital Notary Services
Clients may request a refund up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Refund requests are processed via the original method within 7 business days. Rescheduling is available at no extra charge if requested at least 24 hours prior to the session.
5.2 Information Products
Information products are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery if the materials remain unused. Eligible requests are processed within 7 business days via the original method.
5.3 Goods
Physical seal kits and stationery may be refunded within 30 days of receipt if unopened and in original condition. A processing fee of 10% applies. Refunds are issued within 10 business days via the original method.
6. Non-Refundable Services
One-time concierge and on-site ceremony bookings are considered final upon confirmation due to exclusive resource allocation and planning requirements and are not eligible for refunds.
7. Modifications
NotaryHub may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of services confirms acceptance.
